Thanks Kelly for looking after Ozzie so well, it was his first time to a grooming studio in his 11 years. Your service was excellent, he was collected and returned to the car as we were social distancing which was extremely helpful. His fur is so amazingly soft after shedding his old coat and his nails and teeth are looking great. I would highly recommend VIPgroomingstudio

Kelly has done an amazing job on our Tibetan Terrier Cookie who was rather matted. Kelly the owner is very sympathetic and understanding unlike other dog groomers. She is passionate about her job. She has managed to perform an outstanding job on our dog Cookie. I would rate her 11/ 10 but unfortunately the scale only goes to 10. I fully recommend using the VIP Grooming Studio.

Ivy has her first groom with Kelly recently and she understood exactly how I wanted her to look and took her time to make sure she was perfect! I advised Kelly that Ivy can be very uneasy with strangers but Kelly allowed for some time to get to know her and put my mind at rest that she would be fine through the whole process! I picked up a beautiful happy pup! Thanks Kelly! Will be booking in again after this situation is over- she’s going to need it

I recently took my 14-year-old West Highland Terrier to VIP Grooming Studio and was highly impressed with their service. Kelly was extremely professional and immediately put my rather sensitive and nervous dog at ease. The cut was exactly the way I wanted it. Kelly even managed to cut her dew claws, something other groomers have been unable to do due to her biting them. The attention to detail was second to none and I would highly recommend VIP Grooming Studio. I have already booked in for our next appointment.

We have spent years just putting up with how our dog was groomed, sometimes his claws weren’t cut at all, sometimes his hair wasn’t right, but his first-time visiting Kelly at VIP Grooming studio everything was perfect! His claws were perfect his coat just how we wanted it and he smelt beautiful. We will never use anyone else again! And the main thing our dog came home happy and even wanted to stay with Kelly.
